I believe these are what was used by the liqiudators as a neutralizer of sort. In attempt to "clean" up radiation. If someone else knows more, please comment further.

Polysorbum is an old (actually off label) antidote for contaminated personal.

Ive seen many photos of these little bottles of Polysorbum in many different buildings. It is very sad. I cannot even fathom the fear and sickness felt by all when this happened and even into these current years.
